For best results, I recommend washing your hair twice:

1. Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly with warm water.
2. Apply a small amount of shampoo and gently massage the scalp using your fingertips.
3. Rinse and repeat the wash.
4. During the second wash, spend a few minutes gently massaging the scalp.
5. Rinse your hair and scalp thoroughly.

Why wash twice?

The first wash helps remove the main layer of oil, dirt, and product residue. The shampoo may produce less foam at this stage.

The second wash helps cleanse the scalp more thoroughly and usually creates much more foam, as some of the buildup has already been removed.

Tip: Take a little extra time when rinsing, especially if you have thick or long hair.

💛 Do You Need a Conditioner?

Depending on your hair type, you may not need an additional conditioner after using this shampoo. Hair can feel soft and lightweight without applying another product.

However, every hair type is different. If your hair needs extra smoothing or is difficult to detangle, you can still use a conditioner on the lengths.

💡 Additional Cleansing

If you wash your hair daily, you may benefit from a stronger cleansing treatment when needed, for example once a week. This can help remove accumulated product residue and excess oil.

However, this is not a necessary part of everyone's routine. I personally use stronger cleansing much less often, as I don't always feel the need for it.

💛 A Personal Note from the Maker

This shampoo was originally created with my own scalp care needs in mind.

My scalp tends to become oily and prone to buildup, but at the same time, many shampoos left it feeling dry and uncomfortable. Even after trying different products, both gentle and stronger cleansing formulas, I struggled to find the right balance.

I wanted to create a shampoo that cleanses effectively but is gentle enough for regular use, without the need for lots of additional products.

After developing and testing this formula, it became a regular part of my hair care routine. I no longer need additional scalp serums or oils, and my hair responds well to this routine.

Of course, every scalp is different, and individual results may vary. My own experience and needs were the inspiration behind this formula.
